01About

Sazgar, built to fit the work

Program

One mark, the whole set of books: sales, cash, and the team, on the desk and in your pocket.

Sazgar is for a business that takes its books seriously and still refuses an old screen, a permanent internet line, or a crowded package it will never open. This page is the story of that program: what it aims to become, and the tools that close a working day.

02Principles

01

Program

Sazgar turns a paper ledger into a living program. Invoices, the cash box, stock, and reports sit in one body. Windows is for the accountant's desk. The phone is for the person who needs a figure in the middle of the market. An extra section arrives only when the work has reached it. Home and settings come with the program. The rest is bought on the day it is needed.

02

Goals

The goal is a day that closes without fear of a lost connection, and without buying an entire system. The figures stay honest, the team coordinates inside the program, and the cost matches only the modules that actually open.

03

Mission

Sazgar's mission is to put real accounting, in a familiar language, with a solar calendar and work that continues offline, into the shop, the office, and the restaurant.

04

Vision

Our vision is a program that draws one clear picture of the business on every allowed device: secure, modular, and plain enough that a new employee finds the way on the first day.

03Capabilities

The capabilities that close the working day

From the invoice and the cash box to team chat and an assistant that understands plain language. Each one is a piece of the same program that opens behind the Sazgar mark.

01

Only the section the work asks for

Home and settings are included. Buy the rest when you actually open them.

02

A lost line is not a lost sale

Invoices, cash, and stock stay on the device. When you are online, they sync.

03

The team talks inside the books

Colleagues coordinate in the same place where the invoice is written.

04

An assistant for plain language

It opens a section, gives a summary, and moves the work on after you confirm.

05

A lock, a fingerprint, protected data

The program locks, the data is encrypted, and the device is tied to the account.

06

Windows for the desk

Keyboard shortcuts, a quick menu, and a live dashboard for accounts, sales, and stock.

07

A phone for selling on the move

Android and iPhone, a bottom menu, Bluetooth thermal printing, and fingerprint sign-in.

08

Each person, only their part

Several accounts on one device, with permission to view, add, edit, or delete.

09

An invoice ready to hand over

A formal invoice, a quick sale, a thermal receipt, Excel, and PDF.

10

A cash box tied to the whole system

Cash in and cash out for a customer, a supplier, and staff, without a new invoice each time.

11

A warehouse that really sees the goods

Several warehouses, transfers, and invoices that raise or lower stock.

12

A ledger and a report for the accountant

A journal, a printable list, and an export you can take into the meeting.

13

Restaurant and meters, apart from the shop

Table and takeaway orders, or a meter reading and a bill, kept apart from an ordinary sale.

14

A familiar language, theme, and calendar

Persian, English, and Pashto, with solar and Gregorian calendars, in a light or dark look.

15

Bank, exchange, and moving money

A dashboard shortcut for bank work, tied to the same accounts you already see each day.

16

One look for the owner

Charts for sales, costs, and balances, so the direction of the day is clear without reading row by row.

04Questions

The questions people ask before they buy

The usual worries about accounting software are already answered by the way Sazgar works.

Contact
What if the internet drops?

Daily work continues offline. When you are back online, sync puts the changes in order.

What if the phone is lost?

Data on the device is protected, you have an online backup, and several devices can join one account.

What if staff see too much?

Each module has its own permission: view, add, edit, or delete.

What if the software is crowded and expensive?

You turn on only the modules you need. Home and settings come with the program.

What if it is hard to learn?

The assistant, the guide, and training videos sit beside the daily work.

Tired of an old-looking program?

A clear layout, light and dark themes, and readable Persian type on the desk and on the phone.
